Job summary

Hyatt Place London City East in London is looking for an experienced Reception Manager to lead the Front Desk team, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest arrivals, stays and departures.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will drive service excellence, coach colleagues, manage guest relations, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Revenue to optimise operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Front Office/Reception team.
• Strong guest-service focus with a track record of delivering memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Reception team to deliver exceptional service across arrivals, stays and departures.
• Oversee Front Desk operations, maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction targets.
• Coach and develop team members; support recruitment and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations and Revenue to optimise operations and guest experience.
