Job summary

Hotel Co 51 is recruiting a Night Receptionist for Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC on a zero-hour contract. The role covers the overnight shift, handling night audit work and all Front Office functions. The position pays £13.58 per hour (gross).

You will join a team that values guest experience, accuracy, and teamwork. Ideal candidates have prior night receptionist experience, fluency in English, and familiarity with Opera PMS.

Qualifications

• Night receptionist or night audit experience is preferred.
• Experience with Opera PMS is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to every guest’s requests including concierge requests.
• Perform night audit duties and front office functions during the overnight shift.
• Provide a personal and friendly service to our guests.
• Operate as part of a team with energy and positivity.
