Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests, including concierge requests.
• Provide personal and friendly service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accuracy in accounting and guest records while on duty.
• Work at a 24/7 front desk and collaborate with the team.
