Holiday Inn Hull Marina is seeking a Night Porter to join our team. You will assist guests with luggage and travel arrangements and support the night operations to meet guest requests, including room amenities and food and beverages.

The role requires you to stay calm under pressure, remain vigilant to keep the hotel safe, and be flexible to adapt on shift as we prepare the day ahead. We operate 7 days a week with a range of shifts and contracted hours discussed at interview.

Responsabilités

• Primarily you will be helping guests with their luggage and travel arrangements.
• You will also support the night operation to meet guest requests which includes additional room amenities and serving Food and beverages.
• The role requires you to stay calm under pressure and be vigilant to keep the hotel safe.
• The role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
• We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days.
• We offer national apprenticeships alongside brand training; interviews will discuss contracted hours.
