Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as Front Office Concierge or Luggage Porter in hotels.
• Good customer service and guest-relations skills.
• Proficient English communication (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and doors; manage belongings.
• Deliver warm, personalised service from check-in to check-out.
• Answer guest inquiries about the hotel, local area, and taxis.
