Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Leicester is hiring a Nights Front Desk Clerk to support our transport operation during the night shift. You will check drivers in and out, handle transport administration, and produce reports to maintain accurate records.

The role requires experience in transport or logistics, comfort with night shifts, and strong customer service skills when interacting with drivers and colleagues. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience within transport, logistics or a similar operational environment.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Enjoys interacting with drivers and providing great customer service.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Can work independently and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Checking drivers in and out and supporting with queries.
• Completing transport administration and updating operational systems.
• Producing reports, managing emails and maintaining accurate records.
• Communicating with drivers, colleagues and stakeholders throughout the night shift.
• Supporting the smooth running of the transport operation.
