Job summary

Hotel Indigo Torquay is seeking Front Office Night Team Members to join our team at this vibrant coastal hotel. You will welcome late arrivals, assist guests during the night, and handle night audits and guest requests while maintaining a safe environment.

Experience in a Nights Reception role and familiarity with Opera or similar systems is a plus. We offer a structured night shift with paid overtime, meals on shift, and opportunities for progression within IHG Hotels & Resorts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Nights Reception or Reception within a hotel environment.
• Experience with Opera or similar reception system is beneficial.
• You must meet the legal requirements to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Check in late-arrival guests and check out early-departure guests with a warm Hotel Indigo welcome (Opera knowledge preferred).
• Handle ad-hoc guest requests during the night and provide swift service recovery.
• Ensure safety of guests and colleagues with relevant reports and checks.
• Carry out varied overnight tasks including running reports, manning reception, and hotel duties.
