Job summary

Hotel Indigo Torquay is seeking Front Office Nights Team Members to join our team and bring the Hotel Indigo values to life. This full-time role involves greeting guests, checking in late arrivals and assisting with night-time operations using Opera or similar systems.

You will handle guest requests, ensure safety, run reports, and support a busy reception team through the night. We offer guaranteed hours, paid overtime, a complimentary meal on shift, holidays and enhanced sick pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or front desk roles is beneficial.
• Ability to deliver warm, authentic welcomes to guests.

Responsibilities

• Check in late-arrival guests and check out early-departure guests.
• Handle night-time guest requests and problems with speed and care.
• Maintain safety and security checks, report issues as required.
• M assist with running reports, manning the reception desk, and other night-time tasks.
