Job summary

Exeter Hospital in New Hampshire is seeking an RN to join our night shift team from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with every third weekend. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available, with comprehensive benefits beginning on day 1 of employment.

Requirements include NH RN license or a compact state, BCLS certification (within 30 days of hire) and ACLS within 1 year. BSN strongly preferred. Join a Magnet-recognized hospital dedicated to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN licence NH state or any compact state.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• ACLS certification or within 1 year of hire.
• BCLS certification or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital policies, ANA standards of practice, and nursing code of ethics.
• Documentation is accurate, timely and concise.
• Provides patient-centered care with attention to safety and quality.
• Mentors and precepts new employees, and supports ongoing learning.
• Delegates tasks appropriately based on licensure and experience.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessment and records history on admission.
• Plans and implements care with clear hand-offs to the team.
• Evaluates outcomes and adjusts care plans accordingly.
• Educates patients and families to promote understanding and engagement.

Education
