Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Exeter Hospital is seeking an experienced registered nurse for night shifts. You will provide patient-centered care, administer medications and IVs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe outcomes.

The role requires NH state RN licensure (or compact state), BSN preferred, and ACLS certification or within one year of hire. Sign-on bonus eligible up to $5,000.00 and onsite parking are offered.

Qualifications

• RN license in NH or any other compact state.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• ACLS certification or within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital policies, ANA standards, and nursing code of ethics.
• Ensures safe, timely medication and IV administration and transcription.
• Documents accurately, timely, concise, and legible as per policy.
• Precepts new employees and supports mentoring and development.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and monitors staff workload.
• Prioritizes patient care needs and ensures effective hand-offs.
• Plans and implements patient care with clear communication.
• Evaluates care outcomes and participates in patient education.

Education

RN license (NH state or compact)
