Job summary

We are recruiting for a Night Flexographic Print Operator in Daventry, on a permanent night shift Mon-Thu 21:00–06:15. The role offers a true night premium with a total package of £47,500–£50,000.

You will set up presses and dial in settings, sort issues on the spot, assist with finishing and help hit production targets. Solid flexo experience in label printing and being local to Daventry are essential; you will work with supportive management and enjoy paid overtime.
