Job summary

The Best Connection Tamworth are recruiting a Flexographic Printer Operator in Tamworth. The role involves operating and maintaining flexographic printing machinery for food packaging products in a busy production environment.

Hours: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, Monday to Friday, rotating shifts. £16.00 per hour with ongoing temporary work in the manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Flexographic Printer Operator is essential.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain flexographic printing machinery.
• Program machinery and mix inks accurately.
• Ensure correct alignment and print quality of materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in line with health and safety regulations.
• Support general warehouse and production duties when required.

Operator in Tamworth, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing machinery within the manufacturing industry, ensuring high-quality output for food packaging products.

Key Responsibilities

• Running a Flexographic Printing Operator machine
• Programming machinery and mixing inks accurately
• Ensuring correct alignment of materials and print quality
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following all health & safety and food industry regulations
• Supporting general warehouse and production duties when required
