Job summary

TRO is seeking a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor for ad-hoc, shift-based work across the UK, with Plymouth focus. You will supervise on-site fleet activity during evening and night shifts, coordinating drivers, vehicle movements and reporting between TRO, clients, installers and partners.

Candidates must be able to travel regionally, work evenings and nights, and stay away as required. Accommodation and travel support are provided where approved.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using mobile apps and reporting systems.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Willing to travel regionally and stay away overnight.
• Experience in events, logistics, transport, fleet or field operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activity to ensure smooth, safe and timely execution.
• Confirm all operational elements are in place prior to nightly activity.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Manage real-time communication with operational stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management.
• Submit accurate end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate operational risks and issues promptly.
