TRO is seeking a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor for ad-hoc, night-shift work across the UK, with Plymouth highlighted as a priority. You will oversee all on-site fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping activities, coordinating drivers, vehicle movements and real-time communications between TRO, clients, installers and transport partners.

The role requires travel between sites within the region, comfort with overnight stays, and a strong focus on safety, compliance and efficient nightly

• Supervise all on-site activity to ensure smooth, safe and timely execution.
• Confirm all operational elements are in place prior to nightly activity.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Manage real-time communication with operational stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management.
• Submit accurate end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate operational risks and issues promptly.
