TRO is seeking a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor for ad-hoc, night-time shifts across the UK, including Plymouth. You will oversee all on-site operations during fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping activity, coordinating drivers, vehicle movements, and communication between TRO, clients, installers and transport partners.

• Supervise on-site activity to ensure safe, smooth, timely execution.
• Verify all operational elements are in place before nightly activity.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Maintain real-time communication with stakeholders and drivers.
• Act as primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management.
• Submit accurate end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate operational risks and issues promptly.
