Carlisle Support Services is seeking a Fabric Engineer to deliver high quality planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across building fabric, with a focus on roofing systems, gutters and downpipes. The role ensures safe, compliant upkeep and asset integrity.

Hours are 10pm to 6am, Sunday to Thursday. The ideal candidate will have strong roofing and building fabric maintenance experience in commercial or industrial environments and hold a Full UK driving licence.

Qualificações

• Proven background in roofing maintenance and building fabric maintenance within commercial or industrial environments.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve fabric-related reactive faults.
• Competence in gutter, downpipe, and roof drainage PPM and repairs.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out scheduled PPM tasks on: Flat and pitched roofing systems, Gutters, downpipes, and drainage channels.
• Inspect roof coverings for defects and drainage issues.
• Complete PPM reports with clear photos, descriptions, and recommended follow up works.
• Attend urgent call outs for building fabric issues including roof leaks and water ingress.
• Diagnose faults accurately and implement effective temporary or permanent repairs.
• Carry out general fabric repair tasks including carpentry, plastering, painting and finishing.
