Job summary

Willowbrook Homecare is seeking Care Support Workers for our Extra Care Service at Primrose Gardens, Chorley. The role is part-time with nights and flexibility to suit service needs. You will assist residents with personal care, meals, medication support, and daily activities, ensuring dignity and compassion.

Experience in care is helpful, and full induction/training is provided. We offer a supportive team, flexible hours, and a rewarding day-to-day impact on residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is helpful but not essential as full induction/training will be provided.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents in Primrose Gardens, Chorley, as directed by care coordinators.
• Provide personal care, meals/drinks, and domestic support to residents.
• Assist with medications and repositioning as required.
• Record information and complete paperwork in line with policies.
• Support residents’ activities and promote dignity, respect and compassion.
