Willowbrook Homecare is seeking Care Support Workers for our Extra Care Service in Primrose Gardens, Chorley. The role offers flexible 30-hour weeks with some part-time days, providing personal care, medication support, and community activities with dignity and compassion.

Induction and ongoing training are provided; sponsors for overseas workers are not available. Competitive rates and flexible hours help you balance personal and professional goals.

Qualifications

• Caring nature and strong personal values are essential.
• Induction/training will be provided for those new to care.
• Flexibility to suit service needs and residents’ routines.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents within Extra Care Services as directed by coordinators/management.
• Provide personal care to clients.
• Deliver medication, meals/drinks, repositioning and domestic support.
• Record information and complete paperwork for care records.
• Fully comply with company policies and approved practices.
