Job summary

Willis Global in London Heathrow area seeks an experienced Express / Time-Critical Coordinator for a night shift (19:00–07:00) to oversee the Express department, ensure timely shipment handling, and maintain invoicing accuracy while communicating with customers and suppliers.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, achieving KPI targets with depots, and contributing to cost-saving initiatives in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a time-critical freight forwarding role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Mature and professional manner.
• Confident with a computer including Excel, CRM database and BoxTop.

Responsibilities

• Day to day responsibility for customer service delivery to Express clients.
• Order processing from start to finish including Boxtop creation, warehouse pick, paperwork tie-up, KPI management.
• Follow up and resolve all operational issues / customer service concerns.
• Manage and maintain customer KPI expectations with regional depots.
• Promote business development through telephone sales, prospect follow up and quotations.
