Job summary

Hotel Indigo K West Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a Night Experience Supervisor to be the welcoming, calm presence overseeing overnight operations and guest safety.

You’ll handle late check-ins, complete the night audit, and coordinate with security and housekeeping to maintain a safe, inviting atmosphere for guests across the night shift.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or hotel night shift experience (preferred).
• Great attention to detail and comfort working solo.
• Good knowledge of Opera Cloud or similar systems.
• Ability to complete financial and administrative tasks accurately.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
• A guest-first attitude and strong communication skills.
• A calm, reassuring presence in any situation.

Responsibilities

• Handle late arrivals and early departures, providing a welcoming face and efficient support.
• Complete the night audit with the Night Manager and ensure systems are updated.
• Prioritise safety by monitoring guest activity and following emergency procedures.
• Be the go-to overnight for guest queries, in-room requests, and occasional room moves.
• Own the desk: manage phones, emails, and handovers for the next day’s team.
• Coordinate with night housekeeping and security to keep a safe environment.

A Night in Your Neighbourhood

• Handle late arrivals & early departures: Be the welcoming face and efficient support for guests arriving or leaving during off-hours.
• Complete the night audit: Assist the Night Manager with financial reporting, daily reconciliations, and ensure all systems are updated and ready for the day team.
• Prioritise safety: Monitor guest activity, follow emergency procedures, and ensure the building is secure and calm throughout the night.
• Be the go-to overnight: Help with guest queries, in-room requests, luggage support and occasional room moves or emergencies, with professionalism and care.
• Own the desk: Manage phones, emails, and internal handovers, ensuring the next day’s team is fully up to speed.
• Keep things running: Collaborate with night housekeeping or security as needed to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
