Qualifications

• Previous hotel receptionist / duty manager experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as night manager on duty for all shifts.
• Manage guest requests professionally.
• Coordinate overnight security team and CCTV.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and systems.
• Support workload continuity between shifts.
• Undertake Night Porter duties as required.
