Job description

Calling all night owls!

Responsibilities:

  1. Liaising directly with our guests in-person, via email and over the phone to create a truly differentiated first impression of Portland Brown.
  2. Travelling to and inspecting our apartments prior to guest arrival and following check-out.
  3. Troubleshooting minor maintenance and technology issues (e.g. light bulb replacements or Wi-Fi connectivity).
  4. Owning and co-ordinating the successful resolution of all 'out of hours' guest enquiries, recording details accurately on our CRM systems.
  5. Preparing a comprehensive handover for the following day’s team members.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience of overnight shifts in a Customer Success or Hospitality role.
  2. Fiercely client-centric in your approach.
  3. Professional verbal/written communication skills.
  4. Comfort in independent problem solving.
  5. Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and sometimes challenging environment.
  6. Full and clean UK Driving License desirable, though not necessary.
