Job summary

The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa in Skipton is seeking a dedicated Night Porter for 40 hours per week across 5 nights. You will contribute to security, cleaning, and setup for events and meals, including some light food prep. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work nights in a busy hotel environment.

We welcome a positive, energetic personality and a keen eye for detail. Driving license preferred due to location and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel night porter or security role preferred.
• Willingness to perform light food prep as needed.
• Right to Work in the UK must be evidenced.

Responsibilities

• Hotel security walk arounds.
• Setting up breakfast, events and weddings.
• Heavy lifting and room setup.
• General hotel duties at night.
• Cleaning, security and maintenance tasks during the night.
• Keep the building safe, clean and presentable.
• Health and fire safety management at night.
• Basic food preparation when required.
