Job summary

The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa is seeking a Night Porter to join our team and help keep the hotel safe, clean and welcoming overnight.

You will perform security walks, assist with breakfast setup, events, and general hotel duties, focusing on night-time safety and smooth operations in a busy country estate. 40-hour weeks, night shifts, and a friendly, low-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Able to provide evidence of Right to Work in the UK.
• Willing to work nights and long shifts.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Hotel security walk arounds.
• Setting up breakfast, events and weddings.
• Heavy lifting and room setup.
• General hotel duties as requested.
• Night-time cleaning, security and maintenance tasks.
• Keep the building safe, secure, clean and presentable.
• Health and fire safety oversight at night.
