Job summary

DELI LITES IRELAND is seeking a Despatch Team Lead for night shift at Unit 1 Milltown Industrial Estate, Warrenpoint. You will supervise daily despatch operations, coordinate with production and orders desk, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and with high quality and safety standards.

Permanent night position offering 28 days annual leave (plus statutory holidays), on-site parking, cycle-to-work scheme, and support via our well-being program.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, despatch, or logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily despatch activities to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Liaise with management to align operations with customer demand and production schedules.
• Provide first-line support to resolve picking issues, shortages, or damages.
• Oversee timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation for invoicing processes.
• Attend daily meetings and provide operational updates.
