Job summary

Staffline in Wrexham is recruiting Despatch Administrators for a full-time night-shift role on a 4 on 4 off pattern, paying £15.87 per hour with overtime at £23.81.

You will manage bookings, stock files and day-to-day despatch office operations, dispatch orders from the system and track inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Academic background with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with Excel and Email usage.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone and responding to client requests and inquiries.
• Liaising with suppliers, haulers & 3PL storage companies
• Prepare paperwork for the operational team and dispatch orders from the system
• Track inventory and report results.
• Maintain incumbent finished goods stock.
• Support the stock control team with responsibilities as/when required.
• Performing other duties as assigned
