You must thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting, manage a large operation, and demonstrate excellent communication with all levels. NSW: 33,196 per year, with competitive benefits and development opportunities.

Formación

• Track record of success in a warehouse environment within a management role.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing a large operation and liaising at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with all team members and management.
• Experience planning and executing a night operation and handling issues as they arise.
• Tenacity and a proactive approach to meeting targets and delivering client experience.
• Strong computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all staff, provide training and coaching, identify training needs.
• Provide accurate reports highlighting challenges or successes.
• Work with management to identify potential risks.
• Maintain high health and safety standards at all times.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and company policy.
• Work to an annual budget and forecast.
