Smiths News in Swindon is seeking a Deputy Depot Night Manager to lead a shift operation ensuring timely delivery of newspapers and magazines to retailers. Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will drive a planned and effective night operation with strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

You will supervise staff, provide coaching and training, produce reports on performance, and collaborate with the management team to mitigate risks.

• Track record of success in a warehouse management role.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and large operations.
• Ability to liaise effectively at all levels and build relationships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
