Job summary

Touchstone is a multi-award-winning mental health and wellbeing charity operating in communities across Yorkshire. Here For You Wakefield expands towards a 24/7 crisis support model, an overnight role to ensure access to urgent non-clinical support during the night when many services are unavailable.

You will work in Wakefield 28 hours per week, 4 nights on, 4 nights off, 10pm–6am, delivering compassionate support to people in crisis and coordinating with emergency services where necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in crisis support or mental health settings preferred.
• Commitment to accessible, culturally responsive support.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight crisis support for service users.
• Coordinate with emergency services and statutory partners as needed.
• Maintain safe, supportive environment and accurate records.
