Job summary

Hotel Co 51 UK is seeking a Hotel Duty Manager (Crew Leader) for Moxy Milton Keynes. This full-time role offers a base salary of £32,385 gross per year and requires confident communication to deliver guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead a team, manage guest check-ins, oversee F&B operations, and ensure compliance with safety and licensing requirements while promoting the Moxy brand and Marriott Bonvoy benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience within the service industry.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and Micros.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
• Personal travel industry experience.

• Manage all bills and payments correctly

• Supporting other Crew Members
• Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program

This position is based on a full time contract.
Gross Salary: £32385 per year

Main Tasks and responsibilities

• Helping guests and creating positive experiences
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
• Manage all bills and payments correctly
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
• Supporting other Crew Members
• Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program

We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:
