Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Night Concierge for Malachi Place in Ilford, a 42-bed residential service. You will provide front of house services, sign in residents, answer queries, and coordinate with support staff to ensure safety and smooth turnover.

Responsibilities

• Offer front of house services to clients, ensuring they are signed in or out and queries are handled professionally.
• Refer residents to support staff where required.
• Complete building checks including patrols and ensuring fire exits are unobstructed.
• Clean office and communal areas and prepare void rooms to maximise occupancy and turn-around targets.
