Job description

The Night Concierge will be the main point of contact for residents and guest arrivals at 100 George Street during the night shift and the first port of call for estate assistance.

You will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests, creating memorable experiences. A strong passion for professional service and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.

The Candidate:

• Deliver unparalleled, intuitive, and bespoke service, acting as an ambassador for 100 George Street.
• Motivate colleagues to achieve success for the company.
• Develop and maintain constructive relationships with team members, onsite staff, residents, guests, and contractors, working collaboratively to meet business goals.
• Follow the company's Health & Safety policies actively, identify risks, and improve safety performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Building Manager on SOPs, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and readiness of communal areas and rooms.
• Build strong relationships with residents and exceed their lifestyle expectations through personalized services like transportation, restaurant, theatre bookings, and dry cleaning.
• Manage communications, including calls, emails, and booking requests efficiently.
• Handle postal requirements for residents.
• Report incidents promptly to the Building Manager or out-of-hours contacts.
• Maintain the reception and common areas in pristine condition at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a 5-star hotel or super-prime residential environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with a good understanding of Health & Safety.
• Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients and a strong network within the hospitality industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of central London and surrounding areas.
• High standards of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Assertive, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
• Ability to communicate high-end, bespoke services effectively.
• Positive relationship-building skills and a keen interest in UHNW lifestyles.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
