Job summary

The Londoner in Leicester Square is seeking a Night Concierge to join our Concierge Team. Welcome guests warmly during overnight hours, assist with luggage, arrange taxis, and coordinate with departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Concierge or Luxury Hospitality, superb customer service, deep knowledge of London attractions, and flexibility for overnight, weekend and holiday shifts. A driver's license is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Concierge or Luxury Hospitality roles.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of London and its attractions.
• Ability to remain calm and proactive under pressure.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally during overnight hours.
• Assist with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and valet requests.
• Provide local knowledge and recommendations regarding restaurants, attractions and theatres.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with Night Reception, Security, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure service excellence.
• Arrange taxis, airport transfers, and special guest requests.
• Monitor lobby and public areas, keeping them presentable and secure.
• Support VIP arrivals and departures with a personalised experience.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively during shift handovers.

About You

• Ability to remain calm, professional, and proactive under pressure.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
