The Londoner in Leicester Square is seeking a Night Concierge to warmly welcome guests during overnight hours, assist with luggage, taxis, and VIP arrivals, and coordinate with Night Reception, Security, and Housekeeping to ensure exceptional service.

We are currently recruiting for a Night Concierge to join our Concierge Team at The Londoner our 5 Star Luxury Hotel.

Overview:

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally during overnight hours.
• Assist with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and valet requests.
• Provide local knowledge and recommendations regarding restaurants, attractions, theatres, and transportation.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest enquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with Night Reception, Security, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Arrange taxis, airport transfers, and special guest requests.
• Monitor lobby and public areas, ensuring they remain presentable and secure at all times.
• Support VIP arrivals and departures, ensuring a personalised experience.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and elevate issues when required.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively during shift handovers.

About You:

• Previous experience in a Concierge, Front Office, Guest Services, or Luxury Hospitality role.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent knowledge of London and its key attractions.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and proactive under pressure.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
