Job summary

The Londoner is seeking a Night Concierge to join our Concierge Team. This role is based at our 5 Star Luxury hotel in the heart of Leicester Square. A valid Driver's License is essential.

You will warmly welcome guests overnight, assist with luggage, arrange transportation, and provide insider knowledge on London’s dining, attractions, and theatre scenes. Ideal candidates will have experience in Concierge or luxury hospitality, superb service and communication skills, and the ability to stay

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Concierge, Front Office, Guest Services, or Luxury Hospitality role.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of London and its key attractions.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and proactive under pressure.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally during overnight hours.
• Assist with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and valet requests.
• Provide local knowledge and recommendations regarding restaurants, attractions, theatres, and transportation.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest enquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with Night Reception, Security, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Arrange taxis, airport transfers, and special guest requests.
• Monitor lobby and public areas, ensuring they remain presentable and secure at all times.
• Support VIP arrivals and departures, ensuring a personalised experience.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and elevate issues when required.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively during shift handovers.
