Superior Healthcare is seeking a Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a young client with complex care needs in her family home in East Malling. The role emphasizes person-centered care, engagement, routine, and meaningful interaction, with carers who are warm, confident, and energetic.

The client lives in East Malling with her family; shifts are nights (Tue 19:00–06:00, Wed 19:00–06:00). Experience with suctioning and tracheostomy is preferable, and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience essential, minimum 6 months in UK.
• Drivers preferred.
• Experience with tracheostomy care desirable.
• Confident, engaging, and emotionally intelligent approach.
