Job summary

Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Complex Care Assistant to support a cheerful and upbeat young lady in Snodland as part of a nurse-led package of care. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support, including clinical tasks such as tracheostomy care, seizure management, stoma care, PEG feeding and medication administration, with 24/7 ventilation support.

Shifts are Monday to Sunday from 8am to 2pm, with potential to move to 12-hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK based care experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Full Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Show the client dignity and respect at all times.
• Follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
• Advocate for the client, acting in their best interests and adhering to policies.
• Be calm, friendly and engaged with the client around their interests and hobbies.
• Observe, monitor and document the client's condition thoroughly.
