Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking Complex Healthcare Assistants in East Malling to support a gentleman with complex care needs, including Fragile X syndrome and autism. Roles include suctioning, enteral feeding, PEG medications, tracheostomy care, moving and handling, and respiratory support, with full training provided.

Shifts are available Days, Twilight, Nights. Benefits include paid training, induction, diploma pathways, holiday pay, pension, Blue Light Card, referral rewards, and wellbeing

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months UK-based care experience.
Full UK driving licence.
Full Right to work in the UK.
Experience in Tracheotomy care.

Responsibilities

To show the client dignity and respect at all times.
To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided.
To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
To be fun, friendly and engaging with the client around their interests and hobbies.
To closely observe and monitor the client and keep thorough documentation.
