Job summary

Hope Street in Southampton is seeking a Night Support Partner to provide overnight practical and emotional support for women residing on site, creating a safe, calm environment.

You will work with the night team to respond to wellbeing concerns, maintain records, support independent living, and ensure smooth handovers to the daytime team. A caring, empathetic approach and strong communication are essential.

The role also includes light housekeeping duties, supporting residents to develop independent living skills, and assisting with the preparation and upkeep of accommodation.
