• Experience in support work, health and social care, housing, or related environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Providing overnight support, reassurance, and guidance to residents.
• Responding appropriately to safeguarding, welfare, and health-related concerns.
• Conducting regular site patrols and addressing disturbances or conflicts.
• Supporting women with emotional wellbeing needs.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems.
• Assisting with housekeeping and accommodation turnaround activities.
• Participating in effective handovers and working closely with colleagues to ensure continuity of support.
