Job summary

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Assessment and Treatment Service Nurse (Night Nursing) to work 23 hours per week over two nights in the Dorset Integrated Urgent Care Service Community Night Nursing team. You'll deliver autonomous nursing care to adults in their homes, supported by an HCA, and drive IUCS vehicles across Dorset for community visits.

Candidates should be an experienced Registered Nurse, with valid UK driving license and willingness to work

Qualifications

• Membership of the relevant Professional Body.
• Recent professional development in an up to date portfolio.
• Learning and Assessing in Practice Qualification or equivalent practice assessors training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct autonomous nursing care to adults in patients' homes as part of the IUCS.
• Support the hub with clerical duties and telephone triage.
• Maintain equipment and ensure medical instructions are understood.
