Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a night-time colleague to keep public areas clean, safe and presentable throughout the night. You will work alongside the Night Manager, perform security patrols, assist guests, and support hotel operations during overnight hours.

Key duties include cleaning, reporting issues, maintaining patrol records and helping with conference, event and breakfast setups where needed. The role emphasizes reliability, flexibility, and a customer-focused approach within our team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in public cleaning, housekeeping or customer service is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a night team.
• Reliable, trustworthy and to be flexible with a customer focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas
• Conduct security patrols
• Work closely with the Night Manager
• Report maintenance, health and safety and security issues
• Maintain incident and patrol records
• Assist with conference, event and breakfast areas set ups when required
