Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a dedicated Night Porter to join our team. You will help safeguard guests and property, set up the breakfast service, and support a clean, welcoming public space during the night shift.

The role requires customer service experience in hospitality, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Working hours roughly 7pm to 11am, you’ll contribute to seamless operations while upholding Bespoke’s Be-Attitude values and ensuring guests have a positive experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or hotels.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hospitality environment.
• Customer-focused and reliable with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete statutory fire and security checks.
• Complete daily handover procedures efficiently.
• Ensure corridors are clear; conduct safety floor checks during the night.
• Set up breakfast area and serve drinks in the bar; clean public areas; handle guest needs.
