Job summary

Home Group is seeking a dedicated night worker to help keep our buildings safe, secure and welcoming for vulnerable customers. You’ll be part of a team focused on safety, cleanliness and community in a caring housing environment.

Typical shifts include patrolling the site, checking CCTV and fire doors, greeting customers, coordinating repairs or cleaning, and responding calmly to incidents. You’ll join a supportive team with training and meaningful daily impact.

Qualifications

• Calm under pressure and clear communication.
• Passion and experience in supporting others.
• Good judgement and ability to intervene sensitively when needed.

Responsibilities

• Walk the site, check CCTV, fire doors and communal areas.
• Greet customers and visitors, coordinate repairs or cleaning.
• Be the first line of support when others aren’t available.
• Monitor incidents and respond calmly, quickly and fairly.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to manage anti-social behaviour.
