Job summary

Woodland Group is recruiting a Class 1 HGV Driver/Shunter Driver for nights at our site in Thatcham, Berkshire. The role alternates between driving and shunting with a Monday–Thursday pattern and occasional overtime on Saturdays.

The successful candidate will hold a full HGV licence (1+ year), have some multi-drop experience, and possess a valid CPC and tachograph card. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Hold a full HGV licence (minimum 1 year).
• Some multi-drop experience.
• Current Driver CPC and tachograph card (digital).
• Conscientious and flexible towards hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 1 HGV and perform shunting duties.
• Work nights with a Monday–Thursday pattern.
• Occasionally work Saturdays on overtime as required.
