Job summary

Woodland Group is seeking a Class 1 HGV Driver/Shunter for night shifts at our Thatcham site in Berkshire. The role involves alternating between driving and shunting with a Monday-Thursday pattern and weekend overtime. Hourly rates are specified with a signing bonus and generous benefits.

The successful candidate will hold a full HGV licence (at least 1 year), have multi-drop experience, and possess a valid digital tachograph card and CPC card. A comprehensive induction and training are provided.

Qualifications

• To hold a full HGV Licence for a minimum of 1 year.
• Some multi-drop experience is required.
• To hold a digital tachograph driver smart card and a current, in-date CPC card.
• To be conscientious and flexible towards work and hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 1 HGV and perform shunting duties as required.
