Job summary

Gregory Distribution Ltd is seeking a Class 1 Driver for night shifts at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. You will transport goods using curtain side, box, and refrigerated trailers to various retail sites, ensuring loads are secured and safe. Weekly night shifts include times between 21:00 and 04:00 with overtime opportunities.

Applicants must have UK Class 1 CE Licence, DCPC and Digital Tachograph cards, and right to work in the UK. A passion for customer service and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• UK Class 1 CE Licence is essential.
• DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card required.
• Experience delivering loads to client sites is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate curtain side, box, refrigerated, single and double deck trailers to transport goods to retail locations.
• Ensure goods are loaded and secured correctly to prevent shifting or damage.
• Use securing devices (straps, nets) as needed.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks using the company phone.
