Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Wilmslow is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, ensure smooth service and uphold brand standards. You will train team members, prep ahead of service and maintain cleanliness and safety across the kitchen.

Knowledge of the menu is essential and you will contribute to delivering high-quality, consistent meals. The role is a full-time, permanent position at Browns Brasserie and Bar with opportunities for growth, training and benefits.

• Champion brand standards and mentor kitchen staff.
• Manage a kitchen section and coordinate team performance.
• Prepare items required before service.

• Know the menu inside out and cook to standard.
