Salveo Care Ltd in Wendover is seeking a Team Leader to manage night shifts at Cherry Tree House. You will lead the care team, ensure safe medication administration, and maintain high standards of resident welfare and wellbeing.

You will mentor staff, review care plans and risk assessments, and respond calmly to changing priorities. Experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader and a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care are preferred; commitment to compassionate, person-centred care is

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 and/or relevant experience in medication administration, care planning and delivery of care to residents.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate shifts on nights.
• Administer and oversee medication safely.
• Mentor and develop the care team.
• Review care plans, risk assessments and daily documentation.
• Complete audits and quality checks.
• Liaise with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Respond calmly and confidently to changing priorities.
• Help create meaningful moments that enhance residents’ wellbeing.
