You will lead a team of care assistants, administer and record medications, complete risk assessments, and work with the leadership team to develop services while maintaining a compassionate, professional approach.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
• Be well-organised, IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately.
• Good understanding of care planning processes.
• Experience or willingness to train in administering medication.
